cSanjey Heavy Engineering, acquired by the BCPL Group in March 2025, operates under the group alongside BM2P Infra India Private Limited. The company is an approved vendor for railway fabrication works and specializes in sheet metal processing, laser cutting, press brake bending, welding, and fabrication of custom-engineered components. With modern manufacturing facilities and experienced personnel, the company is capable of executing railway and industrial fabrication projects while maintaining quality standards and timely delivery commitments.
RAILWAY LSCN COACH SET 66
We have an in-house manufacturing facility equipped with CNC laser cutting, press brake bending, and welding machines for sheet metal fabrication. We are capable of manufacturing and supplying fabricated components, assemblies, panels, and structures for railway applications, with the capacity to execute projects valued up to ₹66 lakhs while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
KOLKATA MEDHA METRO RAILWAY PROJECT
For the Kolkata Metro Project, we manufactured and supplied stainless steel fabricated components using our in-house CNC laser cutting, press brake bending, and welding facilities. The scope included fabrication of structural frames, support assemblies, brackets, panels, and custom-engineered components for metro applications. We processed SS 316L and SS 409M materials, including 50 x 15 x 3 mm rectangular tubes, with precision cutting, forming, welding, and DLT/Japanese finish requirements. The project was valued at approximately ₹2 Crore, and was executed with a strong focus on quality, dimensional accuracy, compliance with project specifications, and timely delivery through our integrated sheet metal fabrication capabilities and experienced workforce.

LGS FRAMEWORK AND BACK PEICES ROOF FLANGE
The project involved the manufacturing and supply of 130 sets of LGS framework and back pieces, including 8,667 meters of cold-formed roof flange sections and various precision laser-cut components. The work was executed using our in-house CNC laser cutting, press brake bending, and welding facilities, ensuring high dimensional accuracy and quality standards. The scope included fabrication, forming, welding, and assembly of structural components as per customer specifications. The total project value was approximately ₹2.73 Crores, and the project was successfully completed with timely delivery and strict adherence to quality requirements.
