At the Law College in Dammal, Kanchipuram, we are progressing on a significant construction project—a 14-story building with each floor spanning 20,000 sqft, and a total project value of ₹14 crores. We have successfully completed the foundation work, and construction is currently underway. Once finished, this landmark structure will offer advanced facilities and ample space to support the growing needs of legal education and research.
Casa Grand -Manapakkam
We are excited to share the progress on our ongoing residential project in Manapakkam. This development covers an impressive 4,00,000 sqftand has a total project value of ₹12 crores. The project comprises 720 residential flats, designed to offer modern and comfortable living spaces. Construction is progressing as planned, and we look forward to bringing this substantial residential community to fruition.
Suntech devices - ORAGADAM

At Suntech Oragadam, Chennai, we are developing a 10,000 sqft medical devices facility, valued at ₹2 crores. The project, which involves building from the ground up, has successfully completed its foundation and RCC block stages. With ongoing progress, we anticipate the facility to be fully operational by 2024.
